Surrounded by ancient red rock formations and vast desert skies, Sedona is known for its powerful energetic landscape and deep sense of stillness. This environment naturally supports creative clarity, emotional release, intuitive access, and inner listening. You’ll feel held — by the land, the silence, and the shared intention of the group.

Each day in the iconic red rocks of Sedona blends meditation, mindful inquiry, and writing in ways that naturally help you shed self-judgment, open into presence, and bring forward a fuller and deeper expression of yourself in connection with the Divine that is more in alignment with your truth.

LODGING

Sedona is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and sought-after destinations in the Southwest, known for its iconic red rock landscapes, powerful vortex sites, abundant hiking trails, thriving arts scene, and deeply spiritual atmosphere. Many people feel drawn here not just for vacation, but for reflection, renewal, and connection with nature.

Since May is high-travel season, we encourage retreat participants to book their accommodations as early as possible: by March 1, 2026 or earlier is recommended.

Lodging costs are paid separately and are not included in your retreat tuition. Our goal is to help you create a stay that feels grounded, nourishing, and aligned so that your time in Sedona supports both your inner work and your overall experience of the retreat. To support you, this section will be continuously updated with curated lodging recommendations that align with the retreat’s rhythm — including serene hotels, boutique inns, nearby neighborhoods, and alternative stays that prioritize rest, beauty, and simplicity.

We strongly recommend that retreat participants book their accommodations as early as possible due to May being the peak season in Sedona. Lodging in Sedona can be limited and will sell out. Please be sure to review any room cancellation penalties at the time of booking. We strongly recommend booking by March 1, 2026, or sooner.

A spacious resort set on 22 acres along Oak Creek, this property offers a peaceful, green environment with walking paths and lush landscaping right in Sedona’s heart — perfect for grounding after long travel days. The resort features a full-service spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site dining options, giving guests opportunities to rest, move, and integrate their retreat experience without needing to leave the property. It’s also conveniently connected to nearby Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village and Uptown Sedona dining and shopping on foot.

DINING, MEALS, & NOURISHMENT

During the retreat, we’ll gather for community lunches designed to support connection, grounded conversation, and spacious integration between sessions. These shared meals offer a gentle rhythm to the day — a time to nourish the body while deepening relationships within the retreat container.

Community lunches are included for the designated retreat days. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

As part of the retreat experience, we will gather for one special community dinner with the full group. This shared evening meal is an invitation to connect more deeply, celebrate the journey we’re in together, and enjoy conscious conversation in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Beyond our community lunches and dinner gatherings, Sedona is an exceptional destination for dining, offering a wide range of culinary experiences to suit every mood and rhythm. From upscale, view-focused fine dining to casual cafés, food trucks, and vibrant Southwest-inspired restaurants, the local food scene emphasizes fresh ingredients, regional flavors, and breathtaking red rock backdrops. Reservations are often recommended for popular restaurants, especially during the May peak season.

Breakfast and other meals are intentionally left open to honor personal rhythms and reflection. Guests are invited to explore Sedona’s many restaurants and cafés, or enjoy quiet meals on their own as part of the retreat experience. Recommendations will be provided to all retreat participants for nearby dining options that align with the retreat’s relaxed, nourishing atmosphere.

Travel

Sedona, Arizona is a breathtaking desert town set among iconic red rock formations, known for its hiking, art galleries, vortex sites, and outdoor recreation. It sits at an elevation of about 4,500 feet in the scenic high desert of northern Arizona.

Nearby International Airports

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) — The closest major international airport to Sedona, located approximately 113–120 miles (about 2 hours) south of town. It is served by all major airlines and offers extensive domestic and international flight options.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE & RENTAL CARS

Most visitors choose to rent a car at the Phoenix airport, as Sedona’s attractions — scenic overlooks, trailheads, restaurants, and galleries — are spread out and not easily accessed without a vehicle. We highly recommend having access to a car, as public transportation is not easily accessible. For local movement within Sedona, rideshare apps and taxis are available, but can be limited.

Shuttle services run scheduled trips between Phoenix Sky Harbor and Sedona and can drop you at or near your hotel — reservations are strongly recommended in advance.

PARKING

Parking in popular scenic areas and trailheads can fill quickly, especially in spring and fall — arriving early or using in-town free shuttle services helps avoid congestion. (More curated activity options and recommendations will be provided to retreat participants.)

ACTIVITIES

Sedona offers a wide range of experiences beyond retreat sessions, including:

  • Majestic scenic drives and hikes around Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and many red rock trails.

Registration fee covers retreat tuition only. Lodging is reserved and paid separately.  

Cancellation Policy & Media Release

Please note that this event may be recorded in both audio and video formats. The recordings may be used by Trinity Zero LLC for the creation of future products. By purchasing, attending, and participating in this event, you acknowledge that Trinity Zero LLC is permitted to broadcast, record, and publish your name, likeness, voice, and statement(s). These recordings are owned solely by Trinity Zero LLC.

Event tickets are refundable until February 14, 2026, less a $250 USD cancellation fee per person.

Tickets are 50% refundable when made between February 15 – April 13, 2026, or the option to transfer tuition to a future retrat (within 12 months).

On or after April 14, 2026, cancellation requests and refund requests will not be accepted except in cases of medical emergency, with proper documentation. There will also be a cancellation fee of up to 20% of your registration fee.
